RETURN POLICY

TRANSPORT AND DAMAGE CLAIMS

After receiving your order, please be certain to check it without delay to
ensure:

NOTE: If you have received a damaged item in your shipment, please do not
discard the box the shipment came in. This box is necessary in order for
B26 to file a claim with the transportation company. B26 will arrange for
collection of the box and damaged goods, if necessary, at its cost.

TOLERANCES

Slight variations in design, color hue and size may occur as a natural
result of the 100% hand-made techniques B26 utilizes to create its
products. Slight imperfections such as small air bubbles might also occur
as they too are a natural occurrence in this type of manufacturing process.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

This Privacy Policy governs the way B26 collects, uses, maintains and
discloses information from its website users (“Users”) collected from its
website, www.b26.co.uk (“Site”). This
privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by
B26 on the Site.

 

Personal identification information

B26 may collect personal identification information (“PII”) from Users in a
variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit the Site,
purchase products off the Site, and do anything in connection with other
activities, services, features or resources B26 makes available on the
Site. Users may be asked for their name, email address, mailing address,
phone number, and payment information.

Users may, however, visit the Site anonymously. Users do not have to submit
any PII to B26 if they do not wish to purchase any product.

B26 may collect PII from Users if they voluntarily submit such information
to the Site, including to communicate with B26 or as part of any online
purchase of B26 products. Users can always refuse to supply PII, but this
may prevent them from engaging in certain features of the Site, including
online purchases.

Non-personal identification information

B26 may collect non-personal identification information (“NPII”) about
Users whenever they interact with the Site. NPII may include, but is not

about Users’ means of connection to the Site.

the Site the Users’ web browser will place cookies on their hard drive for

How we use collected information

B26 collects and uses Users PII for the following purposes:

To personalize user experience

B26 may use PII from Users in the aggregate to understand how Users as a
group use the services and resources provided on the Site.

To process transactions

B26 may use the PII Users provide about themselves when placing an order to
provide service to that order. B26 does not share this information with
outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.

To send periodic emails

The email address Users provide for order processing, will only be used to
send them information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be
used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If
Users decide to opt-in to B26’s mailing list, they will receive emails that
may include company news, updates, related product or service information,
etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving
future emails, B26 includes detailed instructions on how to unsubscribe at
the bottom of each email. Alternatively, Users may contact B26 via the Site
and request to be taken off the mailing list.

How we protect your information

Protection of your PII is in accordance with the European Regulations PCI
DSS.

Our company does not store any credit card details. All payment details are
exclusively stored on the secure server of our payment service provider,
PaymentSense UK.

B26‘s online store is registered with Companies House UK under B26 LTD,
registration #09931240.

 

Changes to this privacy policy

B26 reserves the right to update this privacy policy at any time. Any
changes to the Site will be indicated at the bottom of this page by an
updated date. Users are encouraged to frequently check this page of the
Site for any changes, to stay informed about how B26 is helping to protect
their PII. By visiting this Site, every User acknowledges and agrees that
it is their personal responsibility to review this privacy policy
periodically and become aware of any modifications. Users may contact B26
